There are some signs you can look out for though:

How can I help my dog with motion sickness?
There are a few steps you can take to help prevent motion sickness by making your car as comfortable as possible. Try simple steps such as opening your car windows a couple of inches, which helps to keep the car cool and well ventilated, and limit meals before travel.
