We launched Fin & Fur as a small neighbourhood pet shop with big plans. Fast forward to today, and three generations later, we’re proudly carrying on the family tradition that began way back in 1972! Our commitment to pets and their wellbeing has never wavered. Over the years, we’ve expanded our range to include thousands of product lines, as well as offering our personal touch and expert advice.

We’ve partnered with DPD for national deliveries because they offset all their emissions, meaning every time you receive a package from us, you can rest assured that the delivery is carbon-neutral.

As the third generation of the family to run Fin & Fur; Daniel has grown up with the business and is committed to continuing the legacy of quality, care, and community that his family started. Daniel oversees the day-to-day operations and is always looking for new and innovative ways to improve the products and services we offer.
With years of experience in pet care, Karen is our go-to person for all things pet-related. Her extensive knowledge of animal health and nutrition makes her an invaluable resource for our customers. Whether you need advice on food, supplements, or general care, Karen is always happy to help and share her expertise.
If you’ve placed an order with us, Ian’s probably had a hand (or paw) in it! As our head of deliveries, packing, unpacking, and all-around logistics pro, Ian ensures everything arrives safely, whether it’s headed to your door or via our courier. Local deliveries are his specialty, and he always brings a smile along for the ride.
This dynamic duo is the heartbeat of our merchandising and customer service team. Certified raw food experts with Nature’s Menu, Louise and Siobhan are here to help you find the best options for your pets. Whether it’s setting up the store or answering your questions, they’re always paws-on and ready to assist!
Our newest recruit, Bonnie-May, joined the team in March 2024 and has quickly become everyone’s best friend. As our official ‘meeter & greeter’, and snack connoisseur, she ensures that all the treats pass the taste test. If you pop by, expect some enthusiastic tail wags!
